Refund Policy – Travel Geniee Tours and Travels

Refund Structure:

Refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:

– Cancellation received 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total package cost
– Cancellation received 15 to 29 days before departure: 70% refund of the total package cost
– Cancellation received 0 to 14 days before departure: No refund available

Non-Refundable Components:

Please note that certain elements of your booking, such as flight reservations, may be subject to non-refundable terms. Any associated fees from service providers will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Timely Refund Processing:

Once your cancellation request is received, we aim to process your refund within 15 working days. However, please be aware that the timeframe for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary based on your financial institution.

Itinerary Adjustments:

Should changes to your itinerary result in a reduction of services, they will be subject to the same refund policy as cancellations. Conversely, any increases in service costs due to adjustments will be the traveler’s responsibility.

Force Majeure Considerations:

In instances of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, Travel Geniee Tours and Travels cannot be held liable for refunds or additional expenses incurred.

Travel Protection Recommendations:

To safeguard your travel investment, we strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This can provide coverage for unforeseen cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikkim.
